Bill Murphy

From 2000-2007, Bill worked as a technician/manager for a Medical Laser Co. before moving into a role as Sales Executive. As a result of the economy got laid off and started MMA website www.fromthegut.us. 2007-2010- Started covering local MMA events whereupon I made several contacts in the sport, including Sensei Tim Gillett. It was Sensei Gillett that encouraged me to use my sales background and contacts made within MMA to help manage his fight team. 2008-2011- Built management co (FTG Management) from 1 fighter to a roster of 11. In that time FTG Fight Team built a record of 25-5 while collecting 4 titles. FTG fighters have competed on events such as Bellator and Strikeforce. 2011-Present-Merged FTG Management with MVC Sports Management, which now has a roster of 40+ fighters including fighters in UFC,Strikeforce and Bellator. Bill is married to wife Lori and has a daughter Avery.
